+ Simply being in AWE - no words or books or websites or gurus or teachers or teachings or even scriptures or songs or poems can describe the attitude of oneness and wholeness which we can experience in common, everyday life.
+ Stillness & Silence & Solitude & Simplicity + Franz Kafka: "You do not need to do anything; you do not need to leave your room. Remain sitting at your table and listen. You do not even need to listen; just wait. You do not even need to wait; just become still, quiet and solitary and the world will freely offer itself to you to be unmasked. It has no choice. It will roll in ecstasy at your feet."

+ Centering & Grounding - there are plenty of techniques but I have my way of doing this and you have yours. We can share and gain wisdom from each other but we can never communicate the essence of our very personal experiences in centering and grounding. You're on your own here. And so am I.
